Fred and Norma Rubi

Senior Pastor

Pastor Fred gave his life to Jesus Christ April 1979 in Arizona, USA. His powerful conversion as a teenager set him on a path of service to God going forward.

His ministry experience includes youth pastor, Laredo TX, Las Vegas NM, San Francisco, CA, Prescott, AZ (Associate), and for the previous decade working alongside of Pastor Harold Warner as his Associate Pastor in Tucson, AZ. He and Norma have been in London now, for five years

Jay and Cheryl Nembhard

Assistant Pastor

Pastor Jay Nembhard gave his life to Christ in November 1992. Prior to this, he had dropped out of university and had been struggling with identity issues. Soon after his conversion, he began attending Potter’s House Church South London. He and his wife, Cheryl, then pioneered a church in Manchester in 1997 and pastored the work in Wolverhampton in 2004.

In 2011, they and their three children, became missionaries to Mandeville, Jamaica. After 6 years they came back to the UK to pastor the church in Bristol. In 2019, they returned to South London to assume the role of Assistant Pastor.

Elystan and Mary Jane Lambert

Family Pastor

Pastor Al Lambert was born and raised on the island of Bermuda. He surrendered his life to Jesus at the age of 21 in 1977. He got married in 1984, and soon after, he and his wife Mary-Jane pursued God’s call as Missionaries, to work with an International Interdenominational Evangelistic Organisation called Open Air Campaigners for 8 years, and it was during this time in Jamaica, that they met Marty and Barbara Carnegie, who introduced them to The Door Christian Fellowship Church. 

Since that time they pioneered a church in Bermuda and pastored churches in Kingston (Jamaica) and Reading (UK). They have served at South London Potters House as Assistant Pastor, Children’s Ministry Pastor and now Family Pastor, responsible for various aspects of family life.
